Well, it was a busy weekend and has been a very busy week! First off I have to explain why. I am a member of one the best churches that I have ever experienced. It is filled with the most amazing, kind hearted, and loving people. Since coming to St. James, I have had the opportunity to meet so many new people lately; all of whom needed a photographer! I am always happy to help out in that area! Check back for the other blog posts to follow.
First off was the 2010 Miss Blue Reve Scholarship Pageant hosted by the Pi Chi Zeta Chapter of the Zeta Phi Beta Sorority. (wow that's a mouthful!) It's such a great thing to see people coming together for one goal, and that is to help send young women to college. This goal has a special place in my heart, as I was one who put myself through school. It's a challenge, and always great to have a support system like these young girls have.
